I hope everyone had a great weekend! The weather really grinded my gears in Toronto this weekend- one minute I am wearing open-toed shoes and the next minute I am reaching for a jacket and boots! Eek!!!!! Hold on a minute while I pray to the sunshine gods… Please send consecutive sunny days this way.
I tried a restaurant on Queen West called Lisa Marie Friday night, and the food was fantastic. The restaurant is rock ‘n’ roll themed and pays homage to Elvis Presley and his daughter- hence the name Lisa Marie. The menu offers an eclectic mix of food that is great for sharing and similar to tapas style portions. I highly recommend the Carne Asada steak for all of you meat lovers. Though Lisa Marie’s menu changes frequently you can view their current menu here.
Speaking of Elvis, he wasn’t the only person that could wear bell-bottom pants and pull them off. Check out these floral trousers from Zara. I know they aren’t bell-bottoms but they are similar in that they are wide-leg pants and they kind of make me feel like a rock star when I wear them. These pants are extremely comfortable and easy-to-wear, and the high waist elongates your legs making you appear slimmer- not to mention they are only $69.90 BONUS.
What’s your take on wide-leg trousers? Are they so yesterday or here to stay?
