In addition to maintaining a consistent routine, I also try to lead a healthy lifestyle which means adding a few wellness practices into my daily routine. Enter my wellness coach, Nicole Tupechka who has helped me plan and incorporate a personalized wellness plan into my daily lifestyle. I think that Nicole is a godsend. She is teaching me the importance of setting purposeful intentions and actions, listening to my body and working with my body’s chakra’s to help me be the most powerful badass babe version of myself.
