How to Plan Blog Content + FREE PRINTABLE

content planner, pink roses, macbook pro

Let’s face it most of us get overwhelmed in life especially during stressful situations or when we shy away from a routine. A huge benefit to being a blogger is creating a schedule and planning my days from start to finish myself. Setting goals and maintaining a consistent routine not only at the beginning of the New Year is important to me, but it is also something I like to continue doing throughout the year. I can become a little OCD about updating my planners and calendars, but I usually find that this blog content planner sheet that I created helps plan seamless blog content creation throughout the year. If planning blog content is overwhelming for you try scheduling content in advance using this free printable content planner sheet. Download this sheet here.

Key items I use to stay organized:

  1. The Content Planner
  2. Dry Erase Calendar
  3. Weekly Dry Erase

In addition to maintaining a consistent routine, I also try to lead a healthy lifestyle which means adding a few wellness practices into my daily routine. Enter my wellness coach, Nicole Tupechka who has helped me plan and incorporate a personalized wellness plan into my daily lifestyle. I think that Nicole is a godsend. She is teaching me the importance of setting purposeful intentions and actions, listening to my body and working with my body’s chakra’s to help me be the most powerful badass babe version of myself. If you’re interested in learning more about Nicole’s wellness coaching check out her website here.

Below are some of my goals & intentions that I set for myself this year:

  • Celebrate my wins & accomplishments
  • Practice more gratitude and self-love
  • Make every day an adventure
  • Travel solo

Two items I use to practice gratitude:

  1. Gratitude Journal
  2. The Five Minute Journal App

I hope these items will help you maintain a healthy and fulfilling routine and plan some amazing blog content in 2018.
