If you’re looking for a new summer staple then look no further, this year’s denim skirt trend has got you covered. As you know, I am a huge jean short fan and often wear them when I travel in the summer. I wore these high-waisted Madewell shorts in Barcelona (here) and lived in these white Top Shop shorts (here) last summer.
I am so thrilled to introduce skirts into my arsenal of denim this summer and think that this trend will be a great alternative to wearing denim skirts this season. This black One Teaspoon skirt is one of my current denim skirt favs. I love the distressed details and can envision pairing it with this jersey tee or a fun puff sleeve top like this one.
Instead of styling this skirt with a predictable tank, I chose this cute off-the-shoulder top with tassel detailing which is on trend right now.
