An All Black Fashion Love Affair

Skirt: Zara, (similar style here & here) | Bodysuit: Bershka, (similar style here) | Boots: Kendall & Kylie | Choker:Vanessa Mooney, (SOLD OUT) (similar style here) | Sunglasses: Ray Ban |
Watch: Skagen | Rings: Forever 21 | Bag: Chanel, (similar style here and here) | Hat: BP, old (similar style here)

After ordering this off-the-shoulder bodysuit, this One by Cami NYC camisole in black and white, along with this Three Dots turtleneck from the Shopbop Event of the Season sale, I realized how much I love wearing all black. Since black is flattering on all shapes and sizes can you blame me for my newfound love affair with this classic color. Perhaps my style is evolving or maybe the change in season could be the culprit? Regardless, I am enjoy wearing all black and neutral tones, and you will likely find that I incorporate this palette into many of my outfits.

I wore this adorable off-the-shoulder ruffle bodysuit to a farmer's market last week and paired it with this cute faux leather skirt and Kendall and Kylie booties. I bought the bodysuit in Europe this summer knowing I would wear it a lot during the fall and winter months in Toronto.

So as I previously mentioned on Instagram, I went up north this weekend for a much-needed break from the city, and I had an amazing time. I can't say that the weekend was entirely relaxing since the reason I went up north was for a bachelorette. We had a jam-packed weekend and played frisbee golf, lounged in the hot tub and sauna and ventured off to Blue Mountain for a fun night of dancing in true Bachelorette fashion. I love a good road trip with great friends whether it's driving up north or crossing the border to explore a new State. When you're in the presence of good company you're bound to have a great time together.

Trending: Chokers and Bombers

Jacket: Rag & Bone, (similar style here & here) | Bodysuit: H&M | Jeans: Frame
Boots: Kendall & Kylie | Sunglasses: H&M, (similar style here) | Choker: Forever 21, (similar style here) |

This bomber has been on serious repeat in my wardrobe lately, and I would definitely classify it in the atheleisure category. With that said you should feel comfortable wearing this piece on any occassion. The thing I love most about bomber jackets is that they can easily be dressed up or down. I've worn this Rag & Bone beauty to run errands around the city, and I've also worn to a girls night out. I really like the stylish leather sleeves, and there is no denying the level of comfort I get from this jacket- Rag & Bone never disappoints!

Fall Timepieces

Sweater: Club Monaco, old (similar style here) | Jeans: Articles of Society (Under $100)
Shoes: Christian Louboutinsatin version (similar style here) | Watch: Christian Paul | Bag: Prada, (similar style here) | Ring: Forever 21, (similar style here) | Bracelet: Cartier, (similar style here)

With fall in full swing, transitioning my wardrobe from beautiful summer hues to fall tones are a drag, and I'm not ready to ditch all of the Rose Quartz colors just yet. Hence why I fell in love with this adorable Club Monaco knit, and was blown away after I noticed the sale price on the tag. I will most likely continue to incorporate blush tones into my fall wardrobe, and can't see my love affair with this Pantone color of the year vanishing anytime soon.

If blush is one of your favorite colors like me, then you may fancy this contemporary blush colored watch by Christian Paul as well. One of the things I love most about this timepiece is the simplicity of its design and the fun grid pattern on the face. If on the other hand you dislike blush hues and you would prefer an alternative color in this style then perhaps cobalt blue or gray would be more appealing to you.

There's no denying that fall is here to stay, and yes I may be a little resistant to the temperature changes, but perhaps the blue interchangeable leather strap from the Christian Paul collection may be the answer to kick my fall wardrobe into gear.

What do you think about the Christian Paul grid collection? Yay or Nay?

Have you ever heard the song Hollywood by Madonna? If you're unfamiliar with this song, allow me to highlight some of the lyrics that the queen of pop belts out that are somewhat reminiscent to what Hollywood is actually like, "Everybody comes to Hollywood, they want to make it in the neighborhood; they like the smell of it in Hollywood, how could it hurt you when it looks so good." Madonna's lyrics accurately depict what Hollywood encompasses, a city that is hyper fantasized by people who were not born in Los Angeles who usually have preconceived notions of what Hollywood is supposed to be like based on movie's they've seen on the big screen. I have a love-hate relationship with Hollywood. I spent my early 20s learning the ropes of this city while working in television so I can attest to what it's like to live in LALA land, and unfortunately; living in Hollywood isn't all that its cracked up to be. Don't get me wrong many perks come with living in this amazing city like rocking a bikini in November, dining at delicious 5-star restaurants, and most importantly shopping at some of the most fabulous boutiques on the planet. Since I'm a major shopaholic I love shopping for  fun pieces like this long sleeve floral shirt that I scored a couple weeks ago during my visit in Los Angles.

Teal Satin Top at Alfred's Coffee Shop

Top: ASTR (Under $50) | Pants: Dittos, (similar style here) | Shoes: Aquazzura (similar style here) |
Necklace: Free People | Sunglasses: Dior, (similar style here) | Bag: Chloe (similar style here) | Jacket: Lavish Alice, Out of Stock (similar style here) | Earrings: Top Shop, (similar style here) | Bracelet: Cartier, (similar style here)

I love finding essential pieces that are on trend and within my budget like this ASTR camisole. This satin number is under $50 so you really can't go wrong by adding it to your wardrobe. If you decide to purchase this top consider getting the gray version as well and you will be stylishly ready to transition into fall. One of the things I love most about this top is the delicate t-strap which compliments my shoulders and slender frame. Whether you pair this top with boyfriend jeans and heels for a coffee break on Melrose like I did here or these suede pants and over-the-knee boots for a night out, this is the top you need in your wardrobe. If you're concerned with the cooler weather that comes with fall don't fret you won't have to stash this camisole away anytime soon just layer this number on top of one of your favorite tees (Hello Clueless) and voila you have a look you can wear year round.
